On September the 8th, at 07.00 pm, four piano and orchestra concerts, in a single performance of over 2 hours, will be played in the astonishing setting of the new Ravello Concert Hall, while runners will engage in an Ultra Marathon (60 km) starting from the Temples of Paestum to cross the finishing line in the concert hall panoramic square just at the end of the musical performance.
This unique and spectacular Music & Sports event is an invitation to solidarity among associations, bodies and institutions in a moment when – because of the well known economic crisis – culture, sport and environment are just the sectors which risk being left alone. Infact the revenue from this concert will be donated to support the activity of “Movicoast”, the Ravello Sport Society, which has shown that even with few resources it is possible to do a lot for the younger generations.
The concert ticket includes light snacks to be served during the intermission, of course.
